Garnet Swinger Guitar
Amplifier.
This is the amplifier The Peasant uses for making music. Synthesizers
sound much better through tubes! |
|
|
Line-Powered Tube
Amplifier.
Here is a small mono tube amp that The Peasant picked up cheap at a
flea market. This looks like a good unit to drive a reverb. Note the
selenium rectifiers and lack of any power transformer. If you have any
information about this unit and from what it was removed, please send me a
note! |
| Tube Circuits.
Here is a DC amplifier circuit for raising lower solid-state synth
voltage signals up to tube level voltages. |
Here are a couple of tube flip-flop circuits. |
And a tri-state flip-flop circuit. Thank you to Danial Stocks for this circuit! |
| SN76477N Gated Noise Generator
Circuit.
Here is a circuit The Peasant put together to generate the "snares"
sound in a percussion synthesizer. A basic trigger and output circuit are
included for stand-alone use. |

|
| Diode Matching Circuit.
Here is a circuit for matching diode voltage drops at different
currents. Useful for building balanced modulators. |

And for you beginners, a bit of a humourous rant from Harry Bissell
regarding the importance of getting an oscilloscope for troubleshooting,
as well as a good explanation of decoupling. Thanks, Harry! |
