Here’s my take on this very cool project. The file: ledcopcb.gif can be used as is to make a toner transfer pcb. It is printed from the top side view, so no flipping is necessary. If should be 2.83 (width) by 6.02 (height). Given that most of the components are flexible, small variations in board size shouldn’t matter much. The file: ledcomp.gif shows most of the parts locations. Two thirds of the led circuitry is missing because I used a freeware program with a pin limit to make the layout so I had to cut and paste the other sections. There are only a couple parts differences and jumpers as shown in the file: jumper.gif. There are two pads near the power in for an on/off switch, but I did not include the Peasant’s power on LED. The pins for the trimpots are very close together, but multiturn trimmers will fit. I used extra leads trimmed from other components to solder my regular trimpots to the underside of the board at right angles. You may contact me with any questions but I’m a novice myself, so I can’t promise that I’ll be of any help. I have built one of these and it does work properly. Chester cwinowiecki@hotmail.com
